First up:

BETTER

Part of becoming better means taking risks. Sometimes those risks pay off and amazing things happen. In a perfect world, this happens every single time. The reality is, we don’t live in a perfect world.

“CHECK BACK WITH US TOMORROW, NEXT MONTH, NEXT YEAR, WE’LL BE BETTER THAN WE ARE TODAY.”

Sometimes we make mistakes. For us, we use those mistakes as opportunities to grow, learn, and challenge ourselves. Sometimes the risks we take, fail.

Recently, our team had a conversation about failure. Drew Larison, owner and creative director of Larison Media said, “The whole idea of failure is such an interesting topic. We think, ‘People that fail are failures.’ But what if every time we saw someone fail, we celebrated it? What if we completely flipped the switch on what the idea of what failure is? We’re celebrating that that failure going to make that person stronger.”

At Larison Media, we use our failures to make us stronger, to make us better.
